Typically a five guys cheeseburger comes with two patties, and I ordered mine with two extra patties... Only got 3 total. Ubi (the Hispanic guy taking the orders I'm assuming because that's the name on my receipt) just looked like he wanted to be anywhere else but here, but I don't completely blame him because there's only three guys instead of the advertised five... Short-staffed, orders backed up like crazy. He didn't even ask me if I wanted whipped cream just slapped the lid on and gruffly plopped the cup down on the counter and walked away before I had the chance to let him know I wanted whipped cream... Look I get customer service isn't the most enjoyable job in the world, but maybe at least *try*...

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
