  This place is horrible in terms of customer service. The old white curly haired loud mouth deranged manager lady there is definitely costing this papa John’s business customers and by the store ratings online, we can all see why. Steer clear of this location.

  First time in a long time since ordering here, and last time ordering here. Delivery order. Ordered Stuffed crust half plain, half sausage and bacon. Only 2.5 slices of meat, and the rest plain slices. Ordered garlic knots and 2 orders of 10 boneless wings. Honey Chipotle and garlic parm. 9 regular pieces and 1 very skimpy smaller than my pinky piece in each. Sauces didnt cover all the boneless wings and were otherwise bland... over $40 orders you need to search for and add the free delivery, it's not automatic. Delivery came within their time frame.

  Manager stated he knew that customer service was horrible hung up me and my mother and cancel the order before any of this was said. Cooperate is a joke too. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

  The pizza itself was great! But when I had to ask a manager to have the person making the bread dough cover their nose due to covid-19 for employees I was a bit torqued.
