  The new caramel cream chiller drink was great! Fresh Boston creams and the lady who handled the drive thru was very nice 😊

  I place my order 20 plus minutes before arriving… nothing is ready. They wouldn’t even turn around to acknowledge any customers in the lobby. It doesn’t make sense.

  Figured I'd try this place again after several months. But has not improved. The iced tea tastes like it has been sitting for days. The bagel toasted sandwich is not even toasted and the bagel is rubbery. Not even worth eating waste of my money will not be going back here again. Don't have an issue in any other Dunkin', so it is not the products coming from the supplier. Just how they handle the food at this location.Staff is nice, wasn't as loud and the staff i saw wasn't as sloppy. Their empty parking lot and drive thru at 6am should have told me something, my error for not thinking. Don't waste time or money.

  I visited the location on 4/25/26 around 4:30pm. Horrible service from all 4 females working night shift. I ordered my mobile order 10 minutes away and wasn’t even ready when I got here. And I still had to wait another 10 or so for my drink still and there were no other mobile orders or inside orders. Get a better night shift. Morning crew is awesome as always. I wouldn’t be coming to this place if it wasn’t for the awesome worker that they have here Amari that goes above and beyond to help. 5 stars to him.

  Multiple times I come here for a simple hot tea with milk and sugar and almost everything I dont get neither milk or sure? All these young kids there worried about joking around instead of paying attention. One less DD ill be going to
