I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Baltimore National Pike today (just now). I came inside because I wanted to place my order with a cashier at the register, especially since I make adjustments to my food and prefer speaking with a live person. An employee immediately told me to use the kiosk instead. I politely explained that I preferred ordering with a person, and he responded by saying, ‘Well no one is going to help you at the register.’
At that point, I decided to leave because the customer service was already poor. As I was walking out, the employee smirked and sarcastically said, ‘Have a nice day.’ It felt disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to use kiosks when they prefer human interaction, especially when making custom food requests.
This experience made me feel unwelcome, and I will not be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated.

I had a very bad experience. I politely corrected my order multiple times but the staff was rude and aggressive. Items were slammed on my car and no manager was available

This has to be the worst McDonald’s location in Baltimore, maybe in Maryland. Daytime performance marginal, but nighttime is a nightmare. Sketchy location, lots of bad denizens hanging around. Find another location before pulling off the interstate for a huge disappointment.

They keep it WAY too cold inside the dining room to keep people from hanging around. Not super nice.

Very average experience. I placed my order through the app. It was prepared correctly, but the staff had almost zero contact/interaction with me. The parking lot is also weirdly shaped, I wanted to park and settle my soda before getting back on the road, but I couldn’t pull around the restaurant and it was just kind of a mess.
