  This McDonald's always has the most unpleasant staff. They get 3 stars today because the fries were piping hot and who could ask for more?

  This McDonald’s has a bad smell. I started going to the one on Route 40 because it was never a time that I went inside and it didn’t smell funny like old mop water or trash. I can’t explain it. The food is not bad. As for the service it’s typical fast food. There are times when you encounter really nice people with great customer service and then some who seem to have a bad day.

  It's McDonald's, but the way Lorenzo interacted with his customers today, and i really mean not just me was genuinely so kind and helpful. Not really what I typically expect at McD's honestly. I really appreciated his above and beyond care not only with his actions, but his deliberate tone. It wasn't cheesy or fake but just kind. I really hope his manager recognizes him as a real asset, and rewards him for his exceptional customer service! I would come back to this location to be served by him. We'll done Lorenzo! I hope the best for your future! 💯

  I get off of work late night and I come here and the fries are always perfectly crunchy and salty but tonight when I went by there only taking DoorDash and mobile orders. I work at a bar close by and this is my tradition and I will not come here again after work because I’m not doing a mobile order
