- BJBrenae J4 days ago1.0Place wasn't clean, they "only had american cheese" and the drinks were terrible, I know they have not changed the soda in days coke and sprite had no carbonation, PAID 6.60 for 2 cups of watered down soda. Not happy. This is the second time ive come to this 5 guys and didnt get the service that I look for when I go to 5 guys. Couldnt even enjoy my fries. They were covered in salt despite me saying no salt. If you want to spend 35 dollars on 2 burgers and a small fry for everything to go wrong come here. You could just go the value route and get better quality and service. Save your money.

Got 2 cheeseburgers with different toppings and got home to find that they made the same burger twice. There were no difference between burger 1 and 2 when there should have been. It’s ok for the staff to have fun and talk but food should prepared correctly.

No one greeted us when we walked in, I dont even think one of the 4 employees working turned around and even looked when we walked in the door. The first issue was after we placed our order at the kiosk we had order a large drink and stood at the counter to wait for an employee to give us a cup, however that didn't happen. One of the employees looked over quickly and my I started to ask if I should just grab a cup and before I could ask she turned away. My wife just ended up grabbing a cup. The second issue and really the bigger issue was after we received our order. My wife ordered a burger with grilled onions when she took her first bite she tasted raw onion. My burger didnt taste like a normal five guys burger. Overall it wasnt a good experience. Its disappointing because we have always loved five guys and we're so excited to have one closer to us however I dont think we will be returning.
