- BSBushra SamdaniSep 1, 20261.0I am FORCED on giving this Dunkin a 1 star review but I wish I could give it a ZERO. I absolutely despise this Dunkin for multiple reasons. The first being they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. I went in one day asking for a coffee and they tell me they’re out of espresso. Secondly, they are unaccommodating and refuse to help you with anything. I went in wanting the 6$ meal deal and I asked if they could remove the bacon from the sandwich because for religious reasons I could not eat it. However, the lady refused to give me the meal deal without the bacon. I’ve never had that issue with any other dunkin and I communicated that with her but she was insistent that they were “not allowed” so I ended ordering the sandwich separately. When I got my sandwich THE CHEESE WASN’T EVEN MELTED AND THE SANDWICH WAS COLD. The entire time she was rolling her eyes and every time I go in all of the workers are screaming at each other and act like the customers are a nuisance. I will never order from here again the campus needs to reprimand the employees or remove the establishment all together.

- NNNeeraj NMay 12, 20262.0Order well in advance: While my food items were delivered on time, it took the staff 30 mins to prepare my small iced coffee and that too was only prepared when I frequently reminded them. Staff is overwhelmed and unable to handle the rush coming from both in-person and Grubhub online orders. Highly suggest ordering 30 mins to 1hr in advance at rush hours to have yours ready for pickup. Adding more staff to their team is the only solution to fix this.

They dont want to work and when they do, you cant argue with them that they got your order wrong or they will argue back. There are usually 4 people chatting in the kitchen while 1 person takes orders and makes the coffee. They hate their work and it shows clearly but there is no manager that actually cares, so we get screwed over for it. Extremely disappointing
