    The food was good. The cashier did a great job helping me with my order . But I just couldn't help but shake the fact the I saw roaches on and crawling into a crack in the wooden table. I simply took a napkin and discarded the roach. But then watched one crawl back into the large gap on top the table near the register. I understand that all establishments will have pests due to food and foot traffic. But when I was sitting in the lobby, I noticed that none of the tables had been wiped clean. The tables were sticky and food crumbs all over the tables and on the floor.

    I found this restaurant on TikTok and I Absolutely loved our experience here! Everything we ordered was 10/10 delicious—the burger, bowl, smoothie, and loaded fries were all incredible. The flavor of the meat was especially amazing, and the bowl was such a generous portion. Everything felt very worth the money! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the owner was genuinely kind. You can really tell that he cares about his customers and wants them to have a great experience. ❤️ It’s about a 30-minute drive for me, but I will definitely be making that trip again because the food was that good! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Today was my first time in this place. We order tacos but they just gave us a bowl No tacos or tortillas anywhere… My little one had to peed and she couldn’t do that, so dirty! Terrible service, my husband went back to the place, and he had to wait for more than 20 min for the rest of the order….. our rest of our food got cold… anyways. I do not recommend this place….

    Poor dining experience overall. Stopped in with some friends before heading to a concert. The register crashed after my friend ordered, I was asked to wait for a reboot, not a big deal. Two reboots later and the cashier pulls out a portable terminal to take my order, could have done that from the start but okay. My total looked high so I asked about it was told it was correct and paid. Friends food 6-8 minutes behind their order, I expected mine to be around 5 behind that since I had to wait on the register, nope close to 20 and my smoothie finally shows up, plus im told I was accidentally overcharged. Cashier seems irritated I asked for a 7 dollar refund instead of taking the offered coupon. I dont live in the area so that wouldn't make sense. Another 10 minutes, food show up for the person who ordered after me, 5 more minutes my foos shows up, fries are wrong. I take them back looking for a refund. Im told 2-3 minutes for replacement, while im waiting I can hear the kitchen staff arguing with the cashier that my fries went in the carryout order. Another 15 minutes or so later I get my fries but we had to leave so I never got a chance to actually eat them. Total time from walking in to a complete order of 4 items, an hour, and one of them was a bottle of water I got from the case myself... That said, the food was good I would eat there again, although I did find it to be a bit pricey for what you got. Sandwiches and fries were all separate charges, reminded me of food truck pricing.

    Disappointed by the unexpected service fee. I ordered food here and didn’t realize I had been charged an additional service fee until after I had already swiped my card and looked at the receipt. There was no clear explanation of what the fee was actually for. If you’re going to charge customers an extra service fee, that should be clearly disclosed before payment—not something customers discover afterward on the receipt. And if the fee is meant to cover the dining experience, I’m not sure what it was for, the person brings the food to you, but you have to empty your own trash, I literally cleaned up after I ate... The AC was barely noticeable, so if you plan on dining in, don’t expect much in terms of comfort. I don’t mind paying for good food and good service, but unexpected fees with no clear explanation are frustrating. Transparency matters. I also wonder if picking up would there also be a service fee.
