  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced manger was extremely disrespectful. Needs new management ASAP. Lost my appetite by the rude comments made from manger telling me to hurry up while I was ordering meanwhile I was the only one in line. Definitely never coming back to this location again

  A young lady with two blue pony tails was supposed to be taking my money for the order. Another employee called her to look at a EASTER BASKET AT THE REGISTER. Literally sitting at the window with my card hanging out the window. She didn’t say one second she told me my total and walked away . Someone prepping food had to ring me up. That was very rude and I won’t be back .. she will be on social media as well

  I usually cook at home, and after this experience, I’ll be doing it even more often. Customer service at this location has gone completely downhill. The woman taking my order big, light-skinned with blonde curly hair was incredibly rude. She rushed me through the entire process, repeatedly snapping "is that all?" until I finally had to tell her to give me a minute. When I got to the window, the service didn't improve. I had ordered a Freeze, but she told me they didn't have any and just handed me a fountain drink instead. She then repeatedly asked if I was going to take the drink, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering a refund/alternative. To top it off, the tacos were served cold. Taco Bell, you need to do better, I will not be returning.
