  The food was not great. The lady taking our order was rude! It took forever to get our food we wanted to just cancel and go instead. The store inside was dirty. Definitely won’t be coming back

  I was genuinely excited to come to Sonic because they’ve recently gone viral on TikTok, and I had actually been planning to stop by all week. I’ve only been to Sonic a handful of times in the past and was never overly impressed with the food, but after seeing everything online, I was excited to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted with the experience. Gionnae was the individual who took my drive-through order, and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Her attitude made it seem like taking my order was an inconvenience, and on top of that, the service was extremely slow. I understand that fast-food restaurants get busy and employees have difficult days, so I normally try to be patient and understanding. However, there is no excuse for making a customer feel unwelcome or disrespected, especially when they are simply trying to place an order. It’s disappointing because I went out of my way to come here after looking forward to it all week, and instead of leaving excited about the food, I left feeling completely turned off by the experience. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this interaction ruined what I had hoped would be a positive visit.

  For this to be a “fast food” place they sure are extremely slow. You’ll be in the drive through for 15-20 minutes (sometimes longer) with only 2 cars in front of you. They will most definitely hear what they want to hear and make you repeat multiple times what you want just for your order to still be wrong. Customer service is decent. Food is decent. Ordering and food preparation needs to be smooth, it’s not.

  I placed my order over 30 mins ago and my meal was never brought out. The manager told me to move because other people were waiting for their order. Unprofessional. People who arrived after me got their meals before me. I had to drive around through the drive thru to get my food. The manager said I could have used the app and I told him I did and I waited 30 mins and no one came with my order. Horrible service and horrible management.
