Paid about $20 for a normal sized Sonic burger, the little pieces of small fries that was small, hard and crunchy. At least a small sonic blast was a decent size......but not for $6.33. Disappointed, I rarely eat at sonic, but I could have gotten these small items for better quality taste at a burger king for less than $10.

Trash location, when at the speaker no one acknowledged me, no one said hold a moment pls, etc I just sat there nothing, as soon as I pulled up thinking something was wrong with the speaker the nxt car they ask for their order, I drove bk around to get in line, if it wasn't for my grandson wanting tht garbage I would have left. I waited for a while for the food, the limeade slush had rotten limes in it, and tasted like a box of sugar, after waiting for a while for the food the food was cold and fries loaded with 🧂, a 👎 for me

Customer service was terrible. My first time here, I ordered online. Half of the food arrived, I pressed the button again, and it took 20-30 minutes just for it to show up. When they showed up, she had a rude attitude, took the receipt, and came back even more annoyed about the missing items, taking another 20 minutes just to finish two missing burgers. I recommend ordering through the driveway with the line instead of online or stations so they don't miss anything the first time.
I am 32 weeks pregnant and had a sweet tooth so my husband decided to order us some milkshakes from Sonic. He ordered a Chocolate milkshake with Oreo pieces and peanut butter add-ins. I ordered a Cheesecake Milkshake with Strawberry add-ins. When we receieved our order we both noticed that both of our milkshakes were missing their add-ins. My husband did not have his peanut butter or oreos and I did not have my strawberries. Regardless of the missing ingredients, we were determined to enjoy our treats. But to my surprise, whoever made my milkshake neglected to mix in the cheesecake syrup that they pumped into the bottom of my milkshake. So imagine my surprise when I stick my straw into my milkshake and take a big sip and get all cheesecake syrup. I almost threw up! Im 32 weeks pregnant, that is unacceptable. No one wants to ingest just plain cheesecake syrup. I was sympathetic to the missing toppings because it was 11pm when we ordered our milkshakes, but I draw the line at not stirring in syrup into my milkshake. THAT was intentional and neglectful.
