This inconsistency can be confusing for customers and may lead to frustration. It would be great if staff could ensure they follow the posted hours to provide a better experience for everyone.

She wanted me to use some computer contraption that I did not want to. I tried to give her my order, and she just stared at me. She said that she was going to take my order. So I left! How disgusting is it that a human refuses to talk to you! I don't think I've ever been more insulted as a customer

Instead, she wanted me to use a computer to do so. I prefer actual, old school human interaction. Do you know what she told me she said that they're not allowed to take the orders manually anymore. Well, that was enough for me. I grabbed my stuff and took my business somewhere else. This has to have been the absolute worst experience I've had at the McDonald's in recent memory. I just cannot believe that they don't want to actually work with people anymore!
