- KBKierra BApr 19, 20261.0I witnessed a serious food safety issue during my visit. A customer returned her fries, apparently because they were not hot enough. Instead of discarding them, the employee took the fries out of the bag and placed them back in with other fries. I immediately confronted the worker about what I saw, and another customer beside me confirmed she witnessed the same thing. Due to this, I requested a refund so I could leave, since I had placed my order through the app. However, the staff refused to issue a refund. The manager also refused to acknowledge the situation and instead told me to calm down and request a refund through the app. As I explained, once an order is being prepared, the app does not allow refunds. As a result, I left without food and without my money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone concerned about cleanliness and food safety.
