- ADAretta DavisApr 14, 20263.0I had already been to another Dunkin and they didn't have what I wanted (Blueberry Pie Matcha). I drove to the next closest one. Ordered my matcha, only to be asked to repeat the whole drink order, immediately afterward. Repeated the order ultra slow. Then they asked was that all. I said "no, that's all" and drove forward. I get to the drive-thru window and see that the young lady has a white napkin between her ear and the headset. She takes the payment then ask me if I ordered something else? Now, I'm frustrated and she replies...I was just asking. I politely tell her that if she didn't put a napkin over her between her ear and earpiece that she might have heard me the first time. She says, "oh the earpiece goes in and out....and I don't like the earpiece touching my ear." I told her to consider her own personal earpiece cover. Drove off taking a sip of my drink and it tastes funny. After all of that...the drink order was still wrong!🙄
