The worst customer service ever… My daughter had a birthday party yesterday, and remind you this is our first time going to Dave and Busters, I feel like I was very mistreated, my daughter host only said a few words to us the whole 2 hours there, it’s even sad that other people notice that too, she basically kept her distance from us, only thing she did was bring the food out and sat it on the table, she didn’t even say bye or even say happy birthday or nothing, she didn’t even greet my daughter or even say happy birthday, and I spent 588 dollars for this, I’m glad my kids enjoyed the games, that’s the only thing that was good, I cant believe I tip her,

I had such a great experience at the bar thanks to my server, 7! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it definitely shows. I’ll absolutely be back, and I hope I get her again. Thank you, 7, for making my Dave & Buster’s experience so enjoyable

We came to Dave & Buster’s specifically to watch the USA vs. Turkey soccer match because of the heavily advertised watch party promotion offering unlimited gameplay plus unlimited wings and fries for $24.99. Unfortunately, the experience was one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve had in a long time.
After finding seats at the bar, we sat for nearly 30 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the bartender. About 10 minutes in, I asked the barback for assistance after he came over to wipe down the bar. He said someone would be with us shortly, but we continued waiting.
When I asked again, the barback explained there was only one bartender working and that he was behind. While I understand being short-staffed, acknowledging customers takes seconds and goes a long way.
When the bartender finally came over, we attempted to order the USA watch party promotion. Surprisingly, he had no idea the promotion even existed and said he needed to get a manager. He walked away, and another 15 minutes passed with no manager, no update, and no communication whatsoever.
I flagged down the barback again. He apologized sincerely, agreed that the wait had been excessive, and said he would personally find a manager. While waiting, I noticed another employee already stacking chairs around 10:40 p.m., even though the restaurant didn’t close until midnight. At that point, after spending roughly 45 minutes without placing a single order or speaking to a manager, we left.
The most frustrating part wasn’t that the bar was busy—it was the complete lack of communication, poor preparation for a nationally advertised promotion, and management’s absence. If you’re going to market special events to bring customers through the door, your staff should know about the promotion and your managers should be available to support the team.
It’s hard to understand how any business expects to improve its margins when customers walk out after 45 minutes because no one can take an order. We came ready to spend money and support the event. Instead, we left disappointed, hungry, and unlikely to return.

No one greeted me and it was 2 people in the eatery. Multiple people walked past and never offered to assist me and even when I asked for help I kept getting put off to someone else who they didn't even let know I was still waiting for help. I would have gave the food more stars but the fries tasted rancid like the grease was very old.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dave & Buster’s location.
Upon arrival, we were told to seat ourselves. After being seated, we waited over 45 minutes without being acknowledged by any server and had to ask twice for service. No menus were provided, and communication throughout the visit was poor.
When our order finally arrived, the food was brought out before the drinks. I ordered nothing more than a water, yet even that was delayed. The Buffalo wings were extremely dry, and although I requested extra sauce, it never arrived.
The most frustrating issue was that my partner ordered a Blue Moon beer, and more than two hours later, he was still waiting for it. There is simply no excuse for a single beer taking that long, especially when multiple reminders were given.
This level of service is unacceptable. Between the excessive wait times, forgotten items, lack of attention from staff, and poor food quality, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Management needs to address the service standards at this location immediately. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.
