  NINA was the best possible server you could ever have, any request if she was able to do it she did it for us. 10000/10 NINA for making a trip to Dave & Busters a very special ONE!

  Day is one of the best server we had coming here! We come here 3 days a week for the games and I have never came across anything negative besides the bartender (I don’t remember her name but she is by far the worst) I watched her interact with everyone on the side we were sitting and it was good vibes smiles and Kiki! But when it came to us she gave us attitude!! We ordered a million dollars Rita the first one had hair right on the & in the drink ordered another and it’s hair on the orange the GM going to say it could have came from us! One thing im not doing is doing back and forth how the GM handled the situation is crazy! Stating it’s highly unlikely for it to happen twice he could have accommodated and put the customer first! The drink was already paid for! I will be reaching out to someone else because the GM should be ashamed of hisself! Definitely lost two customers!! If someone from corporate could reach out it would be appreciated!

  Went to this place for my son's 12th birthday. First thing that stood out to me was the look of the staff, all of them including the manager looked like they were in high school. Very distracted, uncoordinated and totally oblivious of the meaning of true customer service. They would disappear for long stretches and have to be called back in to do the needful. For the lofty pricing of their food and games, I totally expected better. When I asked to speak to a manager, a juvenile showed up and tried to justify the shoddy service that we had experienced. The mandatory 20% gratuity for our table of seven people was the final slap in the face for what was a terrible evening. Not coming back to this location and wouldn't recommend

  Lord where to begin! Despite having a reservation, we waited 20 minutes to be seated while being ignored or dismissed by three staff members, before finally being told to seat ourselves at an uncleaned table. The food quality was poor, and the chicken nuggets were hard. Additionally, we spent over $145 on food specifically to redeem a Verizon coupon for an extra hour of play. After waiting 15 minutes in line to redeem it, I was told the offer was not accepted at the location. When I asked the guy why he said sorry, but the manager said no. I said, “Can I speak with the manager?” He went, “Yeah, just step to the side.” When I raised these issues with the manager on duty, Ms. Akita, she was indifferent, dismissive to say the least. She stated that the website meant nothing and the promotional issue is a Verizon error, and offered no resolution. Given the poor service, excessive wait times, and refusal to honor the promotion, I will not be going back even cancelled my fetch redemption to not go back! Dave and Busters will not get anymore money from me. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dave & Buster’s. I was overcharged for food that I never received, as well as a drink that I never received. I brought the issue to their attention and was promised a refund, but I never received it. I strongly recommend that anyone eating here ask for a printed, itemized receipt and carefully check it before leaving. I would not recommend relying solely on the little handheld kiosk they use for checkout, because you may not realize you’ve been charged for items you didn’t receive. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of follow-up. I was told the General Manager would get back to me, but I never received a response. Mistakes can happen, but when a customer is charged for items they didn’t receive and is then promised a refund, the issue should actually be resolved. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how these situations are handled.
