  My experience at Dave & Buster's was very disappointing. From the beginning, our waitress seemed annoyed and kept rushing us throughout the experience. During the unlimited wings, fries, and games special, she constantly checked on us in a way that felt more pressuring than helpful, which took away from the enjoyment of our visit. As the night went on, we also noticed a lot of inappropriate behavior from other guests and teenagers. There were multiple situations where the family bathroom did not feel respected. At one point, we even witnessed a drunk couple acting inappropriately in front of children, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I do not think adults drinking excessively and exposing inappropriate behavior around kids creates a safe or enjoyable family environment. At the end of our visit, I was left to pay using someone else’s card. When the payment screen showed tip options, I asked the waitress, “Do I have to give you a tip?” because it was not my money being used. She responded with an attitude and simply said “yes.” I later realized there were other options and that I was not required to leave the amount selected. Because of this interaction, I felt pressured and taken advantage of financially, especially since the tip ended up being $35.Overall, the customer service, atmosphere, and handling of the situation left me very dissatisfied with my experience but we had fun with the games.

  SEVEN!!!!!!!! I have to take a moment to rave about Seven — hands down the BEST bartender I’ve ever encountered. From the second I sat down, her energy, professionalism, attentiveness, and personality were unmatched. Not only were the drinks absolutely perfect every single time, but the level of care and hospitality she provides made the entire experience unforgettable. Seven has this effortless way of making everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of while still managing everything around her with grace and confidence. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her — it’s truly her craft, and she does it exceptionally well. Great bartenders serve drinks, but Seven creates an experience. She deserves every flower, every compliment, and every bit of recognition. 10/10 every single time.

  This was my first time at this Dave & Busters. Dominic was our server and he was very kind, funny, helpful when it came to deciding food and drink options. Everything tasted delicious and I would highly recommend this place and Dominic as your server.

  Did not enjoy paying gratuity when I came in with one other person, who happened to be apart of a group. The poor handling of gratuity being added by management and lack of any rectifying options made for a lackluster experience. Food service was ok, but the waiter seemed overwhelmed when it came to checking on our table and getting condiments and other items took a while.

  Looked good inside, unfortunately there were people treating it like Chuck E. Cheese, dropping kids off like daycare and letting them run wild, they weren’t even putting money in the games, just running around crazy, smashing buttons and trying to push people off the games they paid for. Same issues that eventually brought down six flags close by.
