- LMlow millzApr 2, 20251.0I used to like going to this store until today. The manager or person that was working didn’t speak English well. We asked to change the drink we purchased because it didn’t taste right, but it seemed like he couldn’t comprehend. One of the ice creams we purchased fell out of the cone as soon as my son took one bite. We asked to change it out and the man gave him the same ice creams back in a cup. That was not sanitary. He wanted to charge us for a new ice cream for $7. We had spent $25. I offered to purchase the new ice cream and when he gave us the cone the 2nd scoop looked like it was going to fall off again. We asked for a cup to keep that from happening and he started saying that they were near closing time and tried to charge me again for a cup! I was so frustrated that we just left and pulled out of the driveway. Worse experience!!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
