  I visited this Chipotle location on a Sunday around 9:00 PM, even though the restaurant does not close until 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Several food options were already unavailable, including white rice and black beans, and they were not preparing more food even though the restaurant was still open for another two hours. The restaurant also looked very dirty and unorganized. I hope Chipotle takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation with the staff and management at this location. Customers should be able to receive the full menu and have a clean, welcoming experience until the posted closing time. I hope Chipotle can follow up with this location and take the necessary steps to improve the service and overall customer experience.

  ⭐️⭐️ Review – Chipotle (Branch Avenue) I placed mobile order GK-1-9-A-6, which was scheduled to be ready at 9:10 p.m. I arrived on time and picked up my order around 9:12 p.m. The order included a chicken bowl and chicken tacos. After driving all the way home and unloading everything, I discovered that Chipotle had given me someone else's order—a salad loaded with sauces that I didn't order. I immediately tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone, so I had to drive all the way back. When I arrived, an employee asked if I was picking up an order. I explained that I was returning the incorrect order because it wasn't mine. Another employee admitted, "Yeah, I gave you the wrong order." To make matters worse, my actual second order had been sitting in the pickup area the entire time. Not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no "I'm sorry," no effort to make things right—just a bag handed back to me. By the time I got home again, my food was soggy, and the whole experience was disappointing. On top of that, the store was filthy, and the customer service was well below expectations. I gave this location 2 stars, but it honestly needs significant improvement. Branch Avenue, please do better. Customers deserve accurate orders, clean facilities, and basic courtesy when mistakes happen.

  The worst chipotle. Customer service is some. They stand there ignoring people while they had atleast 15 people in that store! Always have a problem at this chipotle! Need new staff

  I always order from this chipotle on Uber Eats! They ALWAYS get my order right and Always put a salad dressing in my bag when I order a bowl. They get bonus points for that as it’s not an option when ordering through uber app. My food is always great. I prefer this location over the one closer to my house in Oxon hill. Keep up the good work yall!
