  Great service! And the seafood is fresh and Tasty. I got a bushel of crabs 🦀 and king crab legs too 😋...I couldnt stop eating! Especially with the butter 🧈 😋

  I’m pretty sure the crabs were reheated. The crabs were okay but the claws were a little dry and stuck to the shell 😢

  Very good #1 crabs at a great price for the month of August I will probably make it an annual thing to get crabs there at least once a year.

  I always have good crabs from here they are sweet, juicy 😋and fat inside each crab! Good customer service also affordable prices

  I came in last week to purchase Maryland crabs and salmon for a family event. We traveled all the way from the Western Shore, so I was really looking forward to this visit. When we first walked in, we waited several minutes before anyone came to help us. I understand that people can get busy, so I was patient. However, there was a young lady and young gentleman near the front who appeared to be on their phones. When I finally said, “Excuse me,” the young lady came over to assist us. Unfortunately, her attitude from the beginning was extremely unpleasant. She was disrespectful toward my mother and acted as though every question or request we had was an inconvenience. There were eye rolls and an overall attitude that made us feel very unwelcome. Once she finished taking our order, she immediately went back to the same spot against the wall and got back on her phone. When the young gentleman eventually came to the front, I asked him for her name because I wanted to know who had treated us this way. I believe he told me her name was Shirley. He then went over and began speaking with the other young lady in Spanish, and they repeatedly looked back in our direction. Whether they were talking about us or not, the situation felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I wasn’t expecting special treatment—I was expecting basic customer service: respect, courtesy, patience, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. Especially when someone is traveling from another part of the state to spend their money at your business. Now, on a positive note: THE CRABS WERE OUTSTANDING! We got #1 males and they were extremely heavy and full. The quality of the crabs was honestly excellent, and that is the reason I will absolutely be back for my crab needs. I just hope that next time I’m greeted with the same quality of service as the quality of the seafood. I shouldn’t have to leave my first visit feeling like my presence was an inconvenience. The food earned 5 stars. The customer service we received did not.
