  Nice and quick but not accurate. Everything but our 2 orders of nacho fries were put in the bag. Went through the drive thru. Very disappointed. We went around 1130 pm on 17 April. Even though it isn’t a lot, That’s money I may never get back. Would not recommend unless they fix this.

  Fair portion size is always a problem unless you say something about it to the manager so they can overlook what is being done. But even so, it’s still a 50/50. Today we barely got lettuce in a taco. I’m talkin’ 3 lettuce strings MAX. That was sad as hell.

  The app for Tuesday drop did not work at all. I was there 15 minutes before the drop until 20 minutes after and it never worked. The workers and managers were no good at helping and I left without food. I will never use the app again.

  I don't write reviews often. But today Taco Bell did something right and I feel the public deserves to know. I walked in a broken man with a simple dream. The dream was tacos. Three of them, Doritos shell variety, part of the combo, accompanied by a Beefy Burrito that I ordered with one very specific and non-negotiable modification: no sour cream. Now let me be clear about the sour cream. I don't want to get into it. All I will say is that it is a cold, wet, flavorless menace that has ruined more meals than I care to count, and whoever decided it belonged inside a burrito made a choice I will never forgive or understand. I asked them to remove it. I asked politely. I want that noted. They removed it. This alone would have been enough. But the tacos were also excellent. Crunchy. Seasoned correctly. Structurally sound, which anyone who has eaten a Doritos taco knows is not guaranteed. The shell held. I held. We held together. The place was clean. The floors were clean. The tables were clean. I have been to Taco Bell locations that looked like the aftermath of a medieval siege and this was not one of them. Someone here takes pride in their work and I respect them deeply as a human being. Everything I ordered was exactly what I asked for and tasted exactly like I needed it to. In these trying times, that is enough. That is more than enough.

  i’m so pissed off, i’ve been having a bunch of problems with this taco bell lately but i decided to give them another change today and ordered 2 simple flatbread melts with no chipotle sauce and what did they do, add chipotle sauce and i ordered a stacker with only chicken and cheese but what did they do, add tomatoes (which im allergic to) how is it that hard when everything was just chicken and cheese, but the worse part is you can’t even call them, i’ve bee sitting here for over 30 minutes calling and it keeps saying “user busy” and when my mom calls it goes straight to voicemail. i’m so fed up with this taco bell they’re so unprofessional and incompetent, it’s actually so sad and a bad look on taco bell.
