- SKSeamus Kozyrets2 days ago5.0I rolled through the drive-thru during a long day of driving and the service was absolutely legendary. The workers were outside taking orders on tablets in the sun but they were still incredibly polite, fast, and smiling the whole time. My classic chicken sandwich was perfectly hot and crispy with just the right amount of pickles on that soft, sweet bun. The waffle fries were also salted to perfection and dipping them in the signature house sauce made for the ultimate road trip lunch.

The person taking my order I believe named Brian M. was completely disengaged from our conversation and was extremely short as if he was rushing me, meanwhile his friends were behind him and he was laughing with them while ignoring me while I was asking the total and then also ignored me when I said thank you after paying. When I received my food, everything was cold and my drink was also wrong. I don’t know if it was just a bad day but I will not be coming here again because the last thing I want to experience after getting off of a long shift is being treated like an inconvenience.

Also, when you specify a certain amount of sauces they put whatever they want in the bag instead of reading the receipt that clearly states what you want. It’s a big inconvenience when ordering food and not receiving what you asked for. I do not recommend this location.
