  I went in to check out the new Taco Bell and was genuinely excited to see it open, but unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. The kiosks appeared to have an issue where they couldn’t accept gift cards, and customers at the counter were being ignored. There was also a gentleman wearing regular street clothes who did not appear to work there, standing behind the counter talking and laughing with employees while customers were waiting to be helped. At one point, a DoorDash driver stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without anyone helping them. I also ordered about 10 minutes before two other customers who came in after me. They ordered and received a large bag of food at essentially the same time I received my three-item order. What was especially frustrating was that the employees clearly knew the two customers and seemed to go out of their way to get their food out quickly, while everyone else seemed to be treated like an afterthought. I really wanted to like this location because I was excited about the new Taco Bell, but the service was extremely disappointing. Hopefully management addresses these issues because this is not the experience customers should be having at a brand-new location.

  Poor service person on phone ignoring customers all other employees laughing and talking loud. Went to check out new take out not impressed. Poor management. Person behind counter no uniform talking and blowing off customer . Some teens walked in ordered food at kiosk and recived a big bag before a person who ordered 2 things recived there's 15 minutes later. What's up there?

  Aliciana was quite rude when taking our order I felt very rushed and she was communicating in a very aggressive tone… other than that food was good

  Brand new restuarant. Love the new build out / design. Hopefully the patrons respect and take care of it. You know what they say.....Can't seem to have nothing nice in GB. Need to add a little more meat to the tacos....I mean......
