  As a business owner in this community we tried to do business with this establishment and order ahead of time,but we can't due to the unprofessional attitude with the manager and other staff that totally screwed up my order THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED,this is not acceptable I will not NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 3.6 RATING. I WILL GO BACK TO DOMINOS!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Rye. I called the store while I was at home to ask a simple question, but before I could even finish asking it, she hung up on me. She never listened to what I was actually calling about. While I was still on the phone, I told her my name was Jalissa four different times, yet she continued yelling to other workers if the order was for Julie. My name was never Julie, and I corrected her multiple times. When I arrived at the store, before I said anything other than my name, she immediately said, "We can't switch orders." That was never my question from the beginning. I never asked to switch my order. She answered a question I never asked because she never listened to me in the first place. I then asked for her name, and she actually hesitated and had to think about what her own name was before telling me. I found that very odd. I also noticed she had AirPods in and appeared to be on the phone while assisting customers, which explained why she wasn't paying attention. Very distasteful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she told me I already had my drink when she hadn't even handed me my drink yet. The entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated with respect. Hanging up on someone is so disgusting and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue.
