My time and gas cost too much to keep making U-turns to have my coffee made correctly every single day and I have a employee go back and forth telling me that butter pecan and peanut butter are the same thing and almost taste identical when they in fact do not and the peanut butter flavor doesn’t even taste like peanut butter it just taste disgusting I don’t wanna have to be rude and treat people like they can’t understand English or can’t read because it’s getting to the point I have to treat theses people like pre-K kindergarten children, and keep repeating myself and slow motion

I've tried repeatedly to give it another chance recently but the quality in coffee and food is no good any more. Recently the bacon is dried out or I've received wrong donuts or wrong sandwich and even a soggy sandwich. The coffee taste watered down at times or like cleaner. I've kept coming back in hopes that its just one bad day but its been like 10 bad days smh. Maybe they have cut back on food and drink quality to make money but in the process Dunkin your loosing customers. I literally just trashed my two medium coffees and went next door to 711 for better coffee.
