They always employ the best people, and everyone feels happy and welcome here. And of course, the smoothies are amazing! Shout out to Tropical!

I called and they couldn’t care less. They would not compensate me for inconvenience of coming back to store.
- AOAgu OkoloJul 6, 20262.0Overall rating: 2.5 stars I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie and a chicken club sandwich online from Tropical Smoothie. I arrived around 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, but for some reason they did not have my order prepared. They did remake it, so I appreciated that, but it still made the experience a little inconvenient. The store itself was clean, which was a plus. The staff did not really greet me when I came in, and I had to speak first to get their attention. Once I did, they helped me with the order, but overall the service felt pretty average. The Bahama Mama smoothie was okay, but nothing special. The chicken club sandwich was made well, and I will give them credit for that. One thing I noticed was that they used spinach instead of lettuce, which was different from what I am used to at other Tropical Smoothie locations. It was not bad, just a unique experience. Overall, the food was decent, probably around a 3.5 out of 5, but the service and order issue brought the experience down. I would rate this location around 2.5 stars.

I stood in line with several other patrons, completely ignored by the four staff members who were tending to drive through orders. Lots of cars came and went through drive through, but nobody had time or the mind to say a word to customers standing in line in the store. I really wanted a smoothie, but it was clear I wouldn’t get one any time soon so I walked out.

There was a gentleman with dreads who had the nastiest attitude. He barely spoke, rushed me in placing my order and was flat out rude. I know people have bad days but I hate spending money in places that don’t respect me as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend or ever come back to this location.
