It was taken so long because they thought it would be a priority to do the online orders over then the people walking inside of the establishment. I left out without ordering because i waited over 10 minutes it should never be that.
- BBBSep 3, 20264.0I love chipotle it’s pretty standard at most locations but I will say this location doesn’t have the friendliest staff. No smiles, no greeting and very stingy with the portion sizes. No one was in line but I felt very rushed through the process. My bowl was very light and did not fill the bowl so I had to ask for extra rice and other topping to ensure the bowl was at least filled and it was not met with pleasure to do so. I am paying $20 for a bowl and bag of chips it should be no problem at all to at least give me a bowl that is complete. I also didn’t know the upcharged for certain items. I know guacamole cost extra which is understandable but I didnt know I would be charged for the cilantro lime sauce and queso on my bowl I thought they were apart of the free toppings. I also didn’t know the new chicken (pollo asado) cost more than the regular chicken and they charge a .10 cent bag fee for chips. $20 felt like a bit for a skimpy bowl and plain chips but I guess things have changed. The quality of the food and restaurant itself meet the standard though.

- AAAnastasiaJul 13, 20261.0Customer ask for a little bit of rice in a salad bowl. The food service worker (FSW) puts in 2 full spoon fulls of rice? SMH so she asked for another bowl. FSW threw out the bowl with an attitude by slamming it against the trash can but customer ignored that. Next bowl FSW is throwing the customers food in the bowl with an attitude. Again customer ignores that too because she is young and dumb. The next FSW gets the salad bowl and the customer ask why is there a white tag next to my bowl. 2nd FSW replies bowl has extra meat. While customer is trying to explain to her that she did not ask for extra meat. The 1st FSW interrupts their conversation yelling something that didn't make sense!! Customer yelled back not talking to you and now you can throw that bowl out too!! And customer walked out!! FSW nasty and mad for no reason. Follow directions! And she messed up our food too!!
