  I had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers at this location. I came in regarding an online order because my pizza was not cooked properly. The manager identified herself as the main manager, but she was dismissive, disrespectful, and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. I understand the store was busy, but customer concerns should still be handled professionally. A few days later, I returned to place another order and spoke with a different manager. He was extremely respectful, sincerely apologized for my previous experience, and assured me that my order would be made correctly. He handled the situation exactly how a manager should—by listening, taking accountability, and making the customer feel valued. I want to recognize this manager for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He turned a negative experience into a positive one and truly deserves recognition for the way he represents the store.

  I visited this Pizza Hut location expecting a simple order, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I had to repeat my order multiple times, clearly stating that I wanted a pepperoni and sausage personal pan pizza with buffalo wings, yet the employees repeatedly repeated the order back incorrectly. I was also given conflicting information about the My Hut Box and was told I could only receive three bone-in wings, despite having ordered the same promotion multiple times through delivery apps and consistently receiving four. After waiting about 15 minutes, I returned to pick up my food. The pizza was fine, but the wings were poorly prepared. It looked like the sauce had simply been poured on top of the wings instead of being tossed properly, leaving the tops covered in sauce while the bottoms were nearly dry. Mistakes happen, but poor communication, inconsistent information, and carelessly prepared food made for a disappointing experience. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location.

  I'm leaving this review as pizza hut sent my pizza out to a door dash driver and my food was exposed. There we're no label or bag my pizza was exposed to the driver from store to my home. I'm scared to give my son the pizza as I'm not sure if the pizza was temp with. I call store spoke to store manager al he can say is he's sorry they are out of stickers I inform him a bag would had work also. He said call doordash wow that's the customer service you giving you allow the food to leave the store.

  I had a horrible experience. I ordered food for delivery and received what looked like old, reassembled pieces of pizza (see picture). When I called to explain the issue and asked for an email or phone number so I could send proof, I was told they had no contact information available. The store owner refused to provide any way to reach her directly. Instead, they demanded that I drive to the store to “resolve” the issue. I have a one‑year‑old, but I still went. Once there, the employee called the owner on their personal phone so I could speak with her, and she ended up hanging up on me. Completely unprofessional behavior!! I left there with no refund or any apology for the whole incident.
