  I placed my order online outside of the Pizza Hut in Bowie because you could only get that particular deal online. Once I was done, I immediately stepped inside of the store to let the worker that I had just placed the order and to make sure that I got the extra pizza sauce that I requested. The worker verified my name and the order so I left. I went back to pick up my order and left. When I got home lo and behold, no extra sauce. Why have “extra” as a choice when ordering if it is not going to be honored….. FYI: this is not the first time that this has happened and that is why I went into the store to speak with the clerk. Some people prefer extra toppings but some prefer extra sauce.

  I had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers at this location. I came in regarding an online order because my pizza was not cooked properly. The manager identified herself as the main manager, but she was dismissive, disrespectful, and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. I understand the store was busy, but customer concerns should still be handled professionally. A few days later, I returned to place another order and spoke with a different manager. He was extremely respectful, sincerely apologized for my previous experience, and assured me that my order would be made correctly. He handled the situation exactly how a manager should—by listening, taking accountability, and making the customer feel valued. I want to recognize this manager for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He turned a negative experience into a positive one and truly deserves recognition for the way he represents the store.
