  This team was excellent! From the time I entered the restaurant, placed my order for takeout and got home only to enjoy the freshest tasting new menu item. They all greeted me with a smile. The cashier greeted me with a smile and I received a smile and thank you at the pick up counter. The manager was so gracious when I called to thank him and his team personally via phone. That is what you call giving great customer service to the community!

  I was a part of a group that went to Panera one morning for a working breakfast. The food options were tasty. Although, someone else paid, I'm not sure that the cost is worth what I received. The portions are small, but the prices increase.

  Waited almost 20 MINS for a Spicy Steak Stackable, the Old Man on the line with the glasses was EATING ON THE SIDE and did not wash his hands. The little girl with that matted synthetic afro who handed me my sandwich got slick at the mouth. Please train your employees to maintain professionalism because clearly they believe they can't be touched. PLEASE do not let that go over your head. Manager ain't step in until I had to get LOUD and ask where my order at. Lunch rush or not, I ordered 1 SANDWICH and everybody getting soups/salads/sandwiches in ONE TAKE, customers BEFORE and AFTER me.

  I literally come here in a daily. There are plenty of Paneras all over the city but this one is the best.. SHOUT OUT to the cook Cesar bro has great customer service and remembers my custom order everytime…shout out to Cesar

  I placed an online order at Panera Bread for ASAP pickup, and during checkout, the estimated pickup time was 11:27 AM. To make sure everything would go smoothly, I arrived at 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, when I got there, my order wasn’t ready. I asked the cashier how long the wait would be, but instead of giving me an estimated time, I was simply told that my order was “not yet in the queue.” My question about how long I needed to wait was never answered. This was very disappointing. The whole purpose of ordering online is to save time and have a reasonable expectation of when your food will be ready. I understand that delays can happen, but it would have been helpful if the staff could at least provide an estimated wait time so customers can decide whether to stay or not. Due to the lack of clear communication and poor customer service, I ended up canceling my order. I hope they improve their system and train their staff to provide better assistance and more helpful responses to customers in the future.
