  I thought I ordered 2 burritos. Instead I received 1 breakfast burritos and an empty quesadilla.

  This was by far the WORST McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I placed two mobile orders at 1:00 AM, only to arrive at the restaurant and wait over an hour without being properly helped. After all that time, I was told that only one of my orders would be served. No clear explanation was ever provided. What made the situation even worse was the manager, Pernell, refusing to address me directly and instead having a new employee relay messages back and forth. As a manager, basic customer service and communication skills should be expected, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during this experience. To top it off, she even went outside to speak with a police officer about moving us from the line instead of resolving the issue with paying customers first. I recorded the interaction on video and will also be sharing this experience on social media because customers should not be treated this way after spending their time and money.

  I was just drinking my frozen Coke when suddenly I feel something weird in my mouth. There’s a piece of hair that is at least a foot long coming through the straw. Absolutely disgusting and they should feel lucky that I’ve decided to go home right now cause I’m tired. But this is absolutely unacceptable. Probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever encountered in my life. I would say that this place is usually pretty good but this is just so disappointing and terrible that I have to say now that like really I think they do a terrible job here.

  I usually don’t even take the time to do reviews or criticize someone’s business. But this McD. location is the worst. The line is always long and super slow.

  Slow service. 🐢🐢 At this point, the MVA is moving faster than this location. 🐇 I got to the drive-thru at 5:30 PM and ordered a frappe. It took about 10 minutes just to get to the pickup window, and then I was asked to park in spot #1. 😅 After that, I waited another 5 minutes. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than expected for a simple order.
