  This is one of the WORST McDonalds to order DoorDash or uber eats from. Every time I order, they forget my sauce which I get extra and pay for, the fries are hard like microwaved taste and feel, and they forget a food item. I always give this McDonalds another try but they keep failing. If you want missing food and sauces, hard fries, don’t order from here. I’ve ordered from here 8 times and it sucks that there is nothing you can do about it…

  The little girl at the drive through is very rude. Not sure why she doesn’t want to work while she’s there if she is getting paid then she mine as well work and stop catching attitude with customers asking for additional napkins and sauce.

  The majority of the time my bacon is burnt or very hard, so I now check my food before leaving. This morning the bacon was burnt and I asked more bacon. I was told to pull to the next window. I waited and waited and finally I went inside and asked for the Manager. I explainded what happened and she asked them to bring me some bacon and the lady and the window gave me the same burnt bacon; she never requested more bacon. I told the Manager to refund my money and give me the name of the District Manager. The customer service provded by the Manager (Naomi) was terrible and she acted like I was bothering her. Meanwhile the workers are in the back laughing.
