I called in the midst of this order being prepared and he was able to accommodate me and add a single patty to my BLT sandwich order on the side. The absolute best, I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Second, there were two people wearing black shirts, which are supposed to help them do their jobs properly. Our food took about 15 minutes. They were overwhelmed with the few customers they had; they're a disgrace. The only good thing was the fries. They took 15 minutes or more, and my burger was cold and missing its condiments. I asked them to please add them, and they just put them on. I just saw the manager making faces when I asked him to do his job properly. I didn't want them to remake it because I was hungry, and I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes because apparently that's how long it takes. I can only imagine how terrible it must be with the secret shopper. I have my Five Guys in Belair, and this one in Bowie is awful.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
