  I stop here almost every morning before work and honestly this Dunkin’ just gets it right every time. My usual is a Vanilla Chai Latte with oat milk and a Turkey Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant, and it’s always hot, fresh and exactly how I like it. No complaints, ever. When I have a few extra minutes I grab a French Cruller too because I have a sweet tooth I’m not ashamed of 😆. Light, perfectly glazed, just really good. What keeps me coming back though is the staff. They literally know my order by heart at this point. Tushar and the team are always warm and welcoming and it genuinely makes a difference when you’re heading into a stressful workday. Something about sitting in that sunny parking lot with my chai just resets me before I walk in the door. This location is consistent, friendly and they actually care. That’s rare. Thank you guys for always showing up! 💜

  My favorite dunkin in the area. They offer the best customer service. I am not sure of the gentleman’s name (Rashad?) is always helpful.

  I walked in and tried to order the Glamberry Dunkin Zero, but received a Blackberry Tangerine Dunkin Zero. The person taking my order even looked at the menu behind him as I pointed to the Glamberry and said it more than once, but he still put the order in wrong. Am I still drinking this? Yes. Is it what I wanted? No. The woman in front of me said she wanted a chai latte with no espresso. MULTIPLE employees were there trying to figure out how to do that. They do have a hot chai latte with no espresso on their menu, so this really shouldn't have been a reach for them. She said "no espresso" multiple times. I tried to help and told them, "chai latte, no espresso, oat milk". They handed her a cup of hot oat milk. No chai syrup. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if they just don't understand how to make drinks that there aren't buttons for, but you'd be better off ordering for pickup if you're going to come here.

  Absolutely the slowest service at a Dunkin, I have sat in the drive through line for up to 8 minutes just waiting for a box of doughnuts. The service takes forever and at times when I get to the window they have lost my order. The only reason I come back is because its the closest to work. If anything opens in the area ill go there and leave this Dunkin for good.

  I’m not really a coffee drinker but, I saw the Dunkinlatte on TikTok and decided to come and try it. I have doctor’s appointments around here every week and the highlight of me coming to this area is to come to Dunkin Donuts and interact with the staff! Everyone is always so friendly! They welcome me with a smile :-) and they are very patient because I never know what I want! They really brighten my day & I am so happy they built this new Dunkin over here! The staff always make good drinks too and they are quick! This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in Maryland! Great staff!
