- JWJ. Williams1 day ago1.0I’m actually tired of supporting this Dunkin precisely because of the triflin customer service this guy consistently gives. He’s rude, never greets the customers at the window, never says “thank you.” Nothing. Just rude. Now, today he decides to close the store 1 hour and 10 minutes early. The window says they close at 10pm. It was 8:50pm when I pulled up. He had already closed everything and was packing to go home. His only suggestion: “come in the morning and talk to the manager.” About what? No, thanks. I’m never spending a copper penny with then again and anyone reading this shouldn’t either.

And even still I was given something different than what I asked for. ln addition, I ordered a pink pineapple refresher drink that was posted on the menu, and was given an iced green tea instead, when I requested the drink on the menu again, the young lady at the window seemed confused. She kept stating “you must want the strawberry drink?” After some back and forth, I just took the strawberry drink. Oh, and when I got home my donuts were hard and stale. This place is terrible.
- JJJ JJun 25, 20261.0Let me start by saying I frequent Dunkin 3-5 times a week. This location is probably the most frustrating and unprofessional of all Dunkin’s I have been to in PG County. As nearest to my current residence, I frequent here the most and they make my drinks wrong about 50% of the time even after repeating it back correctly when ordering. The frustrating thing is I work late or nights sometimes and this location frequently says they are “closed” at 8:15, 8:30, and 8:45 even when they have the “Drive-Thru” open sign on and they are supposed to close at 9. This has happened more than 5 times and I drive by sometimes and see it is “closed” with lights off well before closing time. Makes no sense for me to keep wasting gas to come here just to see employees counting cash through the window, telling me they are closed, when the store is supposed to be “open”. Something is corrupts with management here. You can close early if you want but you should have your sign saying “Open” and the employees inside saying the opposite.
