- IAIspy AquaJun 9, 20261.0My friends and I went into the Dunkin just to pick up breakfast. When we went in there, we stared at the menu and then sat down because we didn’t know what we wanted. We weren’t being loud, but we were talking and laughing, as normal people do. After about 5-7 minutes, the lady at the front yells to us “Are you going to order” in a very rude and commanding tone. We told her that we are, we’re just trying to figure out what we want. My experience separates from my friends from here because when I go to order, I asked to get a Electric Blue Lemonade with no ice. The lady asks her manager if I could be charged for requesting no ice. I have never went to a Dunkin or any food place where I was charged for no ice. To my knowledge, I wasn’t charged but when I look at the receipt, a munchkin is added to my order. I never ordered a munchkin or received one but it was charged on my receipt. I actually didn’t notice this until now. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. After this, I was ready to leave so I stop interacting with my friends and just get on my phone. After about 5-10 minutes, my order to my knowledge still wasn’t done so I’m still sitting. The lady then yells, “Hello your order is done” in a rude tone as if I was ignoring her (by the way, it was her first time saying anything about my food) but she is on the side of the restaurant where it says Mobile Order pick up. So I pick up my food and leave with my friends, as we’re leaving out, I look back. As I look back, the lady is watching us walk out as if we were doing something.

Never again!! I ordered because I can't cook right now due to having had a major Surgery. Wasted my time/money on this ORDER!! To say the least..... Called to speak with the Manager personally, I was told they don't have one available.
