  It's always a hit and missed with Chipotle, no matter where you go or what time. There are times everything is cleaned and stocked and other times (depending on people on the shift) who don't care and don't restock anything at all so you're going upfront asking for forks, napkins, and to refill the drinks station. Tables are mostly dirty and not like they were at all busy when we walked in, so someone should have taken the time to correct the matter while they had the chance. I really like the cilantro sauce on my food now, but the chips have been terrible as of late.

  I am a chipotle lover and I had always bought from the Woodmore town Ctr but because it was Memorial Day and I went towards this location, I bought a bowl & Guacamole in a cup. 1st the environment didn’t look welcoming like other locations. I got home and eat few bites & started feeling nauseous & struggled not to throw up. I left the food in the fridge and thought it was just me but today I decided to eat it for dinner and took three bites and got nauseous and started throwing up. I have never paid this low for what I bought at any other location (maybe bad food was sold to me at low price). I called customer service and yet to hear back. This location needs to do better. I still have the food. Someone should reach out to me to get the food back and give me my refund. Thank you.

  Enough is enough. Why do we have to fight for proper portions on a simple order. They shake off the meat when making your bowl. If you say umm can I get a little more, You know the amount that they shook off, they say its extra. No im paying $15 plus dollars at your store where the money does not come out of your pocket. On top of that the comp bowls that employees make cannot even close ! We the consumers deserve better! The attitudes are another subject. They are usually UNwelcoming. This is ridiculous. We are all feeling the pain yet we are still having to pay for it and be treated in such a poor manner. Give us a scoop full on the first go if we ask for another then its extra but not the cost of our left pinky! Enough of this robbery!

  Chipotle Catering was a HIT!!! Catered for 10 people and there wasn't a crumb left. When I arrived my food was neatly packed, hot, and fresh. Best bowl I ever had lol. I will definitely cater again if I don't feel like cooking =)
