If you say umm can I get a little more, You know the amount that they shook off, they say its extra. No im paying $15 plus dollars at your store where the money does not come out of your pocket. On top of that the comp bowls that employees make cannot even close ! We the consumers deserve better! The attitudes are another subject. They are usually UNwelcoming. This is ridiculous. We are all feeling the pain yet we are still having to pay for it and be treated in such a poor manner. Give us a scoop full on the first go if we ask for another then its extra but not the cost of our left pinky! Enough of this robbery!

I never asked for lettuce in my bowl nor is it on my receipt. I tried to go through the app to get a refund and all they did was give me a free queso reward.
