  I came in today around 12 and the customer service was terrible!!! The young lady at cashier who took my order was very kind, but there was a short Hispanic woman with brown hair behind the counter that was extremely rude!! Terrible service on her end.

  A local franchise here in Bowie that I’ve been to once or twice over the years and feel like maybe I should’ve been coming more often. Folks here are incredibly nice. The food is really good. The service is very efficient and fast. The smiles you get and thank you are above and beyond something that we rarely see in the food service industry each days and take it from somebody who’s 47 years into it. This is a place worth coming two more often.

  Lay is truly exceptional. Her customer service level is top tier and just overall presence is amazing. I had something happen with my order she helped me with no hesitation and wanted to make sure everything was ok. As I waited for my order her overall leadership skills are rare and few. She coaches the team in such a way people could truly learn from. She is a gem and hopefully gets recognition for her greatness because I can tell she is the glue for this location.
