  I am a longtime fan of CAVA, which made this online order especially disappointing. When I opened my bowl, I was genuinely shocked by the portion size. Less than half of what I normally receive appeared to have made it into the bowl, and the food looked as though it had been carelessly tossed in with no attention whatsoever. At best, the bowl was assembled so hastily that a significant portion of the food must have missed the container entirely. At worst, the portion was intentionally reduced despite my paying full price. Either way, this was the most pitiful and underfilled bowl I have ever received from CAVA. The food itself is usually excellent, which is why this experience was so frustrating. However, based on this order, I would strongly caution others against ordering online from this location. The portions appear to be drastically smaller than what customers receive in person, and no one should pay full price for what feels like half a meal.

  I love this CAVA. The food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is great. The team here is always friendly, smiling, and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about people. Thank you for the great service!

  I had a disappointing experience at this CAVA location. The customer service was inattentive and unprofessional. While I was customizing my order, the employee preparing my bowl was more focused on carrying on a conversation with a coworker than listening to my requests. I had to repeat myself multiple times because ingredients were either missed or incorrectly added. To make matters worse, despite clearly asking for the dressing to be placed on top of the bowl, it was put on the side in a separate container. This wasn't a complicated order, and it felt like my requests were being ignored due to a lack of attention. Customer service is a critical part of the dining experience, and unfortunately this visit fell well below expectations. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I hope management addresses the importance of employees paying attention to customers while preparing their meals.
