So today I ordered a dish called fillet and shrimp pasta Tuscana when it came back out, I asked for it to be medium well, it was well done, hard chewy, The menu said it came with spinach, when I lifted up the meat and looked inside the pasta there was no spinach, just tiny pieces of decorative spinach on the outside to decorate. The pasta had all this runny juice all over the plate, in addition to that the herbs and oil that we all love so much for our bread was terrible. It was so salty and you couldn’t taste any of the herbs. My Italian salad was sparse and it only one black olive, about a quarter of a cup of carrot was shaved into some big long pieces of lettuce, some big, huge pieces of onion. It was disappointing. I ate the bread thank God! I ordered a Mojito. It was not a Mojito because the sour mix that they use was bitter and just ruined it. The drink was supposed to be clear so that you could see through it, but you couldn’t this one. It was very, very cloudy and dark. My server, who was the bartender, was really nice and sweet. I enjoyed talking with her. She had no ice and the cash register didn’t work behind the bar.

Went here for lunch with my husband today and it was disappointing. This is our second time eating here and although the first time during dinner, exceeded our expectations, today's lunch service did not - the food was still delicious like before. For starters, when we first got here at around 3:50pm, there was only us and another small group of people. There were 3 hosts at the front just standing around and talking. Our server also doubled up as the bar attendant, even though there were many servers around. When it came to actually serving our food, it wasn't even our server because she was at the bar. We needed service and our server did forget a couple of things and had to come back multiple times - which was not her fault, she had like 3 other jobs to do. As the restaurant started picking up with more people, servers and hosts were still standing around, conversing while our server worked the bar and our table. We asked for to-go boxes but our server had about 6-8 people to serve at the bar and when we went to go ask the host, she went back to talking to the other host and made our server go back to get it so we had to wait. She then had more people to serve at the bar as it started picking up more, we wanted to pay upfront at the host's table since we had gift cards and yet, we had to wait for our very busy server. Not one person out of the many people standing around, using their phones, could help the bar? Not one person out of the many standing around, could help get us service? Or help with payment? If it wasn't for the delicious food, we probably would never come back here. If you want yummy food for lunch but unattentive and disorientated customer service, look no further!

Never eat at this place. We received food poisoning due to eating at this trash restaurant. I lived near this place for 4 years, finally tried eating there yesterday, what a waste of money, time, & energy to get this “food” out of my intestines & body. I wouldn’t feed this “food” to a homeless animal.

The chefs, amazing. Never a complaint with them too much. Its the rude servers. Zero reason we spending 20+ for plates & have to deal with unnecessary attitudes from childish people. If you don’t like customer service, dont work in hospitality. Any small request, they will give you an attitude, tell you it cant be done & hang up on you or walk away if you’re in person. Wish there was a different location with better service. Food good but not that good. Will only be eating from here now if my wife craves it or certain workers get fired.

I had the Chicken 🐔 trio with mash and broccoli 🥦, along with this new shrimp skewer spicy appetizer. The shrimp skew and broccoli were cold. Also, I took home a new pan crusted trout for $10. This had some type of lemon sauce with pistachio and diced tomatoes. It was nasty...and whoever thought about putting that kind of sauce together...not a good combination.
