  I recently placed a delivery order through the Papa John’s app and followed the order tracking as I waited for my food. The app indicated that my order had been delivered, and the online tracking also showed it as delivered. However, I had not received my food. When I contacted the store to ask why my order was marked as delivered when it was not in my possession, the manager on duty responded with an attitude and stated that it was marked as delivered because the driver had another delivery to make. My concern was simple: if my food had not been delivered, why was the order being marked as delivered and why was I receiving inaccurate information about its status? Rather than addressing my concern professionally, the manager became rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with someone above him, he responded sarcastically that he was the only person there. His tone and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation even worse. As a customer, I expect accurate order updates, timely delivery, and respectful customer service, especially when I am calling to resolve a legitimate concern. Marking an order as delivered before the customer has received it is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. I will be reporting this incident to corporate customer service and expect this matter to be reviewed. I would also appreciate an explanation of why my order was marked as delivered before it was in my possession and how this situation will be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will not be ordering from this Papa John’s location again. Customers deserve better communication, accountability, and professional treatment. I hope corporate takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the delivery issue and the conduct of the manager on duty.

  Wings were not well done, they barely put any sauce on the wings. The pizza was mostly sauce. I do not recommend this Papa John’s. Very disappointing

  I had an issue with an order. To be fair to the store, I ordered during a really busy time. I called the manager and she was more than generous in making it right. Not a whole lot of that happening in the world these days. I, for one, am grateful.
