  My pizza was delivered like this… squished and messed up, then to top it off my pizza was under cooked… i don’t know how it’s so hard to cook a pizza longer when I put WELL DONE, like your telling me if I had put normal it would’ve been raw? Like you can taste the cheese still frozen and the dough not crispy.. it’s suppose to be thin crust anywhere else they would make it crispy point blank period. Pepperoni raw.. like ew. I’m okay with the refund I was given but I had it delivered so I literally had to waste gas to come over there just for somebody else mistake. Me and my husband both threw up .

  Our order took about 90 minutes to arrive (estimate at the time of ordering was 40-50 minutes). The food arrived cold. Also, $63 for two large pizzas and breadsticks is ridiculously overpriced when compared to PJ’s competitors. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is the manager was very apologetic on the phone. Won’t be ordering from here again any time soon.

  Food took an hour and a half, and was cold when it arrived. Worst papa John's I've ever had. Gave the store another chance 7 months later. Pizza was out for delivery for an hour before I called. Was told it would be another 10 minutes. I got a call from the driver 30 minutes after that, telling me he couldn’t find my building. Absolute clown show
