- HBHenry BowdenMay 10, 20265.0Passage to India seems to be a hidden gem. Not a super "hip" place but a lovely "civilized" dining room with linen tablecloths and a place once can easily converse. The food is excellent. I always order the vegetarian sampler with a wonderful thali tray of delicious lentils, spinach, mixed vegetable and that Indian cheese in a tomato sauce. In addition, there is rice, 4 pieces of nan and a little bonus of rice pudding for desert. This also comes with a plate of 3 little appetizers. All this for $27.95 and a lovely environment and attentive service.
