I ate at this restaurant, and honestly, the experience was very uncomfortable. The heat inside was unbearable it felt like an oven. What surprised me the most was that there was no air conditioning, which I believe is a basic necessity, especially for such a large company. It's a shame because the uncomfortable atmosphere makes it difficult to enjoy the meal. I hope they improve this, as it would make a big difference for their customers.
Not worth the price.
I ordered takeaway for dinner. Got the seafood chimichanga, which was really small especially for dinner. Also got the salmon with shrimp and scallops in a white sauce. Sauce had no flavor. It's just flour and cream, no seasoning. Portion is small. There are sides of rice and beans that are about half a cup each. Chips were good, light and crispy. Salsa is very mild. Don't expect spicy. Total $75 off their app. Deleted the app because it's basically Uber without any coupons. Maybe they are better in person, but it's too expensive for the little you get. Disappointed.

This place used to be a family favorite. All I can say is it's really gone downhill. I ordered tacos Carbone. The meat was raw, not rare raw. I had to take the order back because it was incomplete. while I only went inside to pick up my order which was 15 minutes late, it was sweltering inside. I felt sorry for the people who were eating there because the air conditioning was non-existent. The staff was friendly and helpful as always. This must be a management issue as it seems to be a quality control issue and overloaded staff. Additionally, I tried to place my order using their online website which wouldn't work correctly. after spending 15 minutes trying to get the app to work. I called the restaurant directly and placed the order over the phone. All of these issues are really related to incompetent management.

The food is excellent and so is the service but they have two major problems.. It is extremely noisy, you can barely hear the person sitting across from you, and you leave the place in a daze and even a headache. Also the ventilation is no good, we were three for dinner and we left smelling like fajitas, although we didn't order fajita. Even the music was sometimes too loud, in addition to the loud client's voices. Pity, because it is a very lovely restaurant and as I said, the food and the drinks are excellent. I do hope they do something about the horrible noisy acoustic and the ventilation

Guapo’s is absolutely amazing. We love their fajitas among many other items and have been going there for 20+ years. We’ve never left a review (shame on us we took this long), but we wanted to take the opportunity to highlight just HOW great they are.
Tonight we placed our regular order for delivery and were surprised and disappointed to see that there were no tortillas for our fajitas, there was no sour cream with the tamal, and another item was missing. We gave them a ring and expressed this to them, and immediately apologized, took down our information and said they would make it right.
Not even 15 mins later we had someone from Guapos ringing our doorbell to hand deliver not only the missing items but threw in dessert on the house. We were so impressed by them going above and beyond to make it right but also this just reinforces why we love them so much!
Mistakes happen - but having a local restaurant that will go above and beyond even when they do happen to ensure you’re happy is so rare these days
