- MYMelissa YoungSep 26, 20261.0Placed an order for an egg sandwich at 8:17am, but 8:32 it still was not ready. I asked about it & wasn't given any answer. I'm on my way to work. At this point, I have to leave so I asked to be refunded; I can't wait any longer. While they're doing that, I ask "What happened? Was it never put in?" & they said yes, it was never put in. A woman gives me $6, not a word of apology. The total was $6.03. I asked for my 3 pennies & another employee gave them to me, not a word of apology from him either. I waited 15 min for a single sandwich that never came, had to ask for my full refund bc I was shorted at 1st & not 1 employee offered any kind of apology/ sorry for the inconvenience. Will never go to dunkin again. Their customer service is dead. Starbucks from now on. A Starbucks location is 2 blocks away & I never get treated like that there. Dunkin can't even train employees to apologize when they make a mistake & inconvenience a customer or even to give a full refund when requested. Dunkin makes enough $, they don't need to cheat me out of my 3 pennies

I was also in the location on my first trip and asked to use the restroom the manager was very kind and allowed me to use it as us bus operators frequent the location. Anyway@7:17 I encountered Marvin. I came back in and asked to use the restroom he replied you have to purchase something. I explained I was there earlier and had no issues he was so rude and horrible to deal with. This interaction as a professional was very unwelcoming and deterring. Please do better this will cause you to lose many customers
