  Excellent chipotle, one of the best locations definitely, service was spectacular and attention as well. Shoutout to the guy with a cap and a mustache and the lady serving 6/21 at approximately 4:30pm, he made my chipotle experience better. I’ll definitely come back soon!

  This woman (a server) with glasses started yelling at my mom for her asker her to slow down because she’s processing everything. The server hurried to make her food as fast as possible and my mom told her once the server started another order for her,where her steak was because she took it out her bowl and the two started to argue after the server gave her attitude,she asked my younger brother who was a kid “your moms getting your order” and she told my mom to watch herself saying she doesn’t care when my mom asked her to be nice. This was the worst server I meet in a long time I tagged chipotles TikTok in a video I made with the lady who served us.

  EDIT (6/12): I’m not interested in contacting corporate. I just think other consumers should be aware of this scenario that is becoming too common. If you are decreasing portion sizes, ok, fine. But if I want a small chip portion sizes, don’t refuse to sell it to me or sell it to me for the price of the regular size. I appreciate the reply, but it’s not worth any additional time at this point. ————— Pretty simple, create the ability to order a small portion of chips instead of charging a full bag of chips because I don’t want to eat a full bag. If Taco Bell sells $2 chips with cheese, just offer that to customers. In a busy mall with a ton of options, this line was more empty than McDonald’s. This was a favorite of mine for more than 20 years and they’ve been on a sharp decline in the last 2 years. I’d rather mess with Taco Bell where their options make sense instead of creating options that make no sense. What irks me is that she was trying to leave the chips for kids. With 30 minutes to closing, which kids, ma’am, will order the 20+ bags left on the tray above the press? So you gave me 2 sides (which you should’ve charged me extra) but no kid chips at a cheaper price. Now look at you, I’ve not only wasted my time typing this up, but you wasted your time serving me sides when I’m just going to throw this out and waste food again. At the very least, I will never come to this location again and I’m seriously considering dealing with other Mexican options in this area, where their chip portions with tacos make sense, the food is more authentic and the service is way better.

  Horrible location. I experienced incredibly hostile and condescending treatment as a customer. Despite what the response says, customer service will NOT respond and absolutely will NOT refund your order.
