The employee did not clearly go over my total with me and then walked away without handing me my receipt. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and left me feeling like my business was not appreciated.

They also have no problem letting people use the bathrooms, which were clean and stocked with all of the proper toiletries. Not something you always find in downtown Bethesda. So this was a win, and of course this food was absolutely delicious! Definitely fresh produce, you can tell! 😋

She takes the time to explain each menu option and gives you helpful details so you can decide what to order. The service is also much faster compared to other days when they simply serve your food without much attention. On top of that, everything was clean and well organized. Araceli’s excellent customer service really makes the experience so much better. Thank you for the great service!
