  I don’t normally write reviews, but I love Cava and its food. As a fellow food and hospitality employee I know the staff is normally very friendly but this particular location really struggled with their attitude. We could tell by their faces that they weren’t very happy so we tried our best to be easy customers. They were very helpful with making my sister’s bowl, and it tasted amazing. However, in an accidental collision at the register the bowl fell flat onto the ground and created a mess. As a sympathetic observer, I grabbed some napkins to help but was met with the employees placing a roll of towels in front of my sister saying “here are the towels, you can clean this up. This is why you need to hold onto the bowl”. Never once have I seen or worked for a place where the customer was expected to clean up an accident/spill, let alone blame the customer despite the customer’s remorse. My sister apologized to the register lady for the mess and was still met with annoyance. Very graciously they made the bowl for us again, but not once did it feel like we weren’t an inconvenience to them. This was July 3rd around 6pm.
