While service was fast and friendly, this was over priced Filipino cafeteria food that was mostly lacking in flavor. Would not recommend. All food is served in plastic containers, even for dine in. The stewed chicken Adobe was one of two dishes with great flavor. Unfortunately it had tons of bone shards. Had they sliced at the joints instead of carelessly Hulk smashing with a meat cleaver, the eating experience would have been far more enjoyable. The Adobe garlic rice had little flavor. We should have ordered plain white rice. The Lechon Kawali bowl with Adobe garlic rice had great crispy pork skin texture but it lacked flavor for both the meat and rice. It was served with a side of sauce that had too much sugar. I expected the meat to have more lemongrass, garlic, and saltiness but just tasted bland greasiness. At almost $20 for the bowl, it wasn't special enough to justify the price. Better to go to a Chinese market to get cheaper or a Cuban restaurant for same quality & price pork in a better atmosphere. We had a half order of Sriracha Garlic Eggplant & Tofu. Great flavor but very overpriced at $7.25 for just basically 4 strips of eggplant and 4 strips of fried tofu (about 8oz). We ordered a halo-halo with a scoop of taro ice cream for dessert. The halo-halo with ice cream is $5.99 whereas adding a small scoop of ice cream (mango or ube) would be an additional $3.20. The scoop of ube ice cream was delicious but it tasted like freezer burnt ice cream whenever we had some of ice from the halo-halo stuck with it. We also agreed that the price didn't match the value we got from the ice cream. The halo-halo itself is mostly an eye catcher again lacking in the flavor department. It came with a small cube of flan on top but that's about all the flavor it has. Ube halaya (jam) is smeared on the side of the container for just looks. The inside is mostly shaved ice with not enough syrup, milk, or other contents. Parking could be slightly difficult to find during peak hours due to other nearby businesses (we went for a Saturday lunch). Seating inside was limited with patrons trying to snag a table or chair as soon as one became available. As a market, better to go to Lotte or Hmart for more selection and better prices.

I’ve been following this place on social media for sometime and I really wanted to try it even though I was about an hour away. Overall, the atmosphere was really nice and they had a lot that you could choose from. However, I do feel like the portion size was a little less than usual. I got the two meat combo with the Lechon and sinigang but majority of my Lechon was fat in the portion was so tiny. The sinigang had pork and the meat was hard and not tender. It was really tough, even to just rip apart. The flavor was good with both dishes, but I was expecting a little more. I also got the Ube slush that was really good and shopped In the little market that they had inside, which was nice. I would like to go back and give it another try but the both dishes were disappointing.
