Update 10/03/26: Never shopping at Safeway ever again, and I'm transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere for I won't tolerate being disrespected for Safeway's 100% error! When I spoke with the store manager (George Houser), in my opinion, he didn't sound interested about addressing what happened, so I chose to end the call.

Truly "Aces!" Then had very good Customer Service from Ms. Karen, Ms. Maria & Anthony...with checking out and getting my phone app squared away to use points in store, as gas station closed for remodeling. Great experience.

My daughter has had braces and her biggest craving is caramel, which she is not eating due to her braces so when we saw this flavor, we were so excited. We searched several stores over the last few weeks and couldn’t find it. It kind of became a fun game. When I came to Safeway, I asked an associate, Natasha, for help. I showed her a picture of the product and we walked over to where it would be if they had it. It didn’t look like they had it, But as we were talking, another associate had walked by and she asked them to check the back to see if they had any in the back. I didn’t catch his name, but he was also super nice and a few minutes later he came back with a case of about 10 of them. I purchased five of them And my daughter was beyond excited when I got home.Natasha could have very easily walked me to where the item should be, saw it wasn’t there, and wished me a great night and I would have been on my way. Instead, she took the extra step and was determined to check all the boxes to make a customer happy and it was beyond appreciated. It made mine and my daughter’s night! Natasha, if you read this, THANK YOU for your kindness and for helping me secure a Mom win!
