Always had a great experience with the Carryout orders from this particular Pizza Hut. Every pie I've ever ordered looked freshly baked with a generous amount of toppings and served hot. In addition, every order was always correct and on-time for curbside carryout.

I was warned it would take 70-80 minutes for delivery which is unusually longer than normal, however I ordered anyway. It took over 2 hours (120 minutes) to receive our order. I tried to log into my account to check on it, and it kept telling me I had an incorrect password but did not give me an option to reset it or anything (which is also odd considering I was just logged in to my account to place my order in the first place). I was very disappointed with the service and everything last night, I may not be ordering again anytime soon. I was also disappointed the cheese sticks were not cut into sticks. It was one piece of cheese bread that I had to cut up myself.

This location used to be good but the past two times I have gotten carry out has been absolutely terrible to the point that I just threw the food in the trash. I live 3 minutes away from this location so the travel time is irrelevant to the quality of their food. I specifically request for my pizza to be well done i like a crispy crust, and I ordered a pan pizza usually creates a crispy crust. The first terrible visit was a few months ago two pizzas both undercooked real doughy and just plain disgusting that visit i had ordered the new at the time cinnabons which were completely raw and cold they went straight into the trash and i just let it roll. Fast forward to today I ordered a lg pan pizza requested well done again the bottom of the pizza is soggy and gooey, I also ordered a order of the cinnamon sticks and they were undercooked and raw dough one bite and in the trash my 18 month old son wouldn't even eat that trash. The food isnt the only issue I have is the staff how they handle their customers I come in and someone asks me the order I give my name and they advise a few minutes til itll be done. 5 minutes go by another employee walks by drops some stuff in the warner and just walks away im not the only one in the waiting area and they dont even ask the folks in the area what they're waiting on the first employee comes back oh your order is ready. Thats is just laziness and lack of care to not ask hey whats your order I don't think I will be returning to this pizza hut location again which suck because it is so close but there's much better pizza shops near by like fortunatos that cooks their food through.
