  I saw another review that said this store is mishandling meat. I believe that’s true. I also had an experience in which I opened a pack of meat and it smelled acrid and spoiled. My packages were lamb, the other reviewers was pork, so this is not specific to a type of meat. It points to the store’s mishandling of these food items. The customer service counter rep also tried to give me less than the full refund in accordance with Giant’s freshness guarantee. I will likely not return here and if I do I definitely will not buy meat. Do better!

  Giant Food is a great grocery store. Pay attention to prices and what's on sale. Today, I save $31 on a $182 bill. Fruits, eggs, bread, milk, and other goodies.

  Place gets worse every time I go there, self checkout takes longer than actually using store employee bags don’t register and weights don’t compute nor does the machine take the click and save coupons from my phone

  (Bakery) I recently put in a cake order. After receiving my order I realized I had made a mistake and the insignia I had requested was upside down.This was completely my fault because the illustration I provided of the design was also upside-down.After informing the bakery, Patti redid the entire top of the cake in less than 30 minutes.She went above and beyond and she was so understanding.I highly recommend Giants Bakery.They are lucky to have a great employee like Patti.
