  The manager lady was a total jerk, it was the Hispanic lady, complete jerk to the cashier and was extremely snappy, literally forgot to put my food in my bag so I had to drive back 15 minutes and then she has the audacity to get pissy because she can’t do her job. Unbelievable…

  Terrible Customer Service – The Sad New Chipotle Norm We need to stop accepting terrible customer service as the new normal. I generally avoid Chipotle due to their ongoing operational decline, but I stopped by this location tonight because I had traveled all day and my son specifically wanted it for his birthday. While the front-line crew members were actually very kind, dealing with the young Latina manager on duty felt exactly like stepping into the "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld—pure hostility and a total lack of customer care. She completely ignored the line, refused to make eye contact, and treated both customers and her own staff with utter dismissal. Because corporate heavily pushes digital orders at the expense of in-store operations, mobile order accuracy has plummeted. Predictably, she forgot to put one of our bowls in the bag, forcing me to waste time making an extra trip back to the store. While waiting for the fix, I watched her speak very poorly to a young employee who was just trying to do his job. When I firmly but politely suggested she owe him an apology, she immediately snapped, "Do you want the refund or not?" Paying customers should not have to drop nearly $100 just to be treated like an inconvenience by defensive store managers. Between shrinking portions, missing food, and an unhelpful corporate support system, Chipotle has completely lost its focus on basic hospitality. We deserve better for our hard-earned money. I took the refund for the missing item and won't be returning—and you shouldn't put up with this treatment either. Experienced at 9pm on 28 of August 2026

  The food was super fresh 😋 and people were polite but ridiculous they got code to restroom and don't even work. I waited in line just to use the bathroom 🚻 and then can't even use it in peace.

  Cashier refused to honor a gift card when his system failed and when I ordered my food I received items on there that I. Allergic too which I had to toss so there goes 20 for nothing
