  I had an excellent experience at Chipotle! Courtney was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. My order was prepared with care, the ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean, I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and great service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  They never let you know when something cost extra. So my husband asked to try the cilantro lime sauce cause he wasn't sure if he would like it the employee said sure and put it in a side cup then charged him for it and never said a thing. I also got it in my bowl and was never informed that it was extra. I feel like the belair location takes advantage of its customers. Any other location I go to always tells me when something is extra aka the guacamole.

  Que mal que no son puntuales a la hora de abrir me vine exactamente a las 11:45 y está cerrado está frío y lloviendo y los trabajadores no están listos deberían poner en la pag na hora exacta en que atienden así uno no tiene que estar en una hora que no es. Y toque la puerta los empezados ni se aserraron son tan pésimos se les olvida que por los clientes tiene trabajo deberían contratar gente que si le guste este trabajo pedí pollo no tenían listo el de cocina debería estar preparado le pedí el nombre a la empleada y no me lo dio me dijo que si le tomaba foto no me iba a atender ni que fuera dueña del restaurante deberían dar orientación a los empleados antes tuve que grabar video porque se negó a decirme su nombre y nadie me ayudo estas son las personas que contratan la dijo si toma foto no le vendo como si fuese la dueña se enojó porque no quería carne le dije que esperaría el pollo y estaba escribiendo la reseña del trato que recibe todos a burlaron de mí donde está el Managger esto fue en BEl Ar maryland . Y les invito a revisar las caras a los dueños del restaurante no hize nada y así me atendieron no es justo ningún empleado me atendió este tipo de gente contratan . Desde cuando los empleados deciden aquien permitiré en el restaurante venderle o no está bien cuando uno los ofende pero solo por caries mal revisen cámaras yo escribiendo la reseña y ella diciendo que no tome fotos al final mejor tome video no quiso darme su nombre dijo que no es obligación y claro que lo es es una empleada en ese lugar no la dueña

  They are always out of fresh fajitas and guacamole is always brown looking. I bought a bottled drink and veggie bowl for 17 plus dollars. I asked for a cup of ice and was denied after spending that kind of money. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
