- MBmike bucchi5 days ago5.0Probably the best of the fast food chains. Quick tasty hot chicken and waffle fries. Also the staff are courteous and efficient workers. The restaurant and the staff seem cleaner and a step ahead of the rest.

Pulled up to pay got my food and when I got home to eat I opened the bag and immediately saw they didn’t give me the sauce I asked for instead gave me 8 Chick-fil-A sauces and then I opened my nugget box and it was a 3 piece chicken tender the sandwiches they got right, but my meal no. I’m just annoyed now because they’re closed and I can’t go back for them to fix it and to me this meal isn’t anything without the Polynesian sauce and no nuggets to dip it in I know it can get busy there but it wasn’t even busy and I got the wrong thing…..

As a regular customer who values the environment Chick-fil-A strives for, I was shocked and upset by the behavior of one of your team members, Leena B. During my visit, which included my children, Leena B was disrespectful, used profanity, and was openly carrying on with coworkers rather than attending to her duties. This kind of action is unacceptable, particularly in an establishment that is known for its Christian values. I expect a higher standard of professionalism from your staff, and unfortunately, my experience this week fell far from that.
